Named after Tom, and because “tom” is shorthand for tomato, it is fitting either way, since this pizza is all about our red sauce. The Simple Tom has the least toppings of any of our pizzas and is just our red sauce, parmigiano reggiano, olive oil and basil. No mozzarella. Without a layer of cheese on top of the sauce, this is our crispiest and most distinctive flavoured pizza, highlighting our sauce and dough. If you’re coming to Slice Club to try our dough, this is the pizza to get. Routinely ordered with added Nduja and black olives.
