About the Nduja pizza
Nduja is a soft spreadable salami from Calabria. It is fermented pork whipped through a serious amount of chilli and therefore this pizza is perfect for those who are after a bit more kick. During the cook, it melts down into the sauce and cheese so you get a balanced flavour on every bite.
Underneath is the same three day ferment we use across the menu: high protein flour, a long cold ferment, and a 15-inch crispy crust.
