About the Red Mushroom pizza
It starts with our red sauce, topped with fior di latte, fresh mushrooms and red onions. Baked until the base is leopard spotted and blistered, with the onions turning crisp at the edges. Left to rest on a rack so the base doesn’t steam, the crust is then brushed with salted olive oil, with fresh basil and a generous serving of parmigiano reggiano grated on top.
